Practice Description:
David Montgomery's business law practice includes general corporate representation, business planning, entity formation, loan transactions and corporate finance, licensing and distribution arrangements, employment agreements, intellectual property protection and federal and state (blue sky) securities compliance.
Prior Experience: David was formerly associated with Nixon Peabody LLP. From 1995 to 1996, he was a federal judicial law clerk in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before becoming an attorney, David was Senior Program Administrator with the International Law Institute and was affiliated with the law firm of Cameron & Hornbostel, LLP, both of Washington DC.
