Practice Description: Bob Silberman counsels domestic
and international companies, both mature and entrepreneurial,
in a variety of industries in debt, equity and venture financings,
business planning, mergers and acquisitions, governance and operations, employment
and compensation arrangements, and product distribution and
licensing. Bob also serves as outside general counsel to small and midsized businesses.
Prior Experience:
Bob joined the firm from the Boston office of the law firm of Edwards & Angell, LLP (now Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge, LLP) where he was a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, the International Practice Group and the Health Care Practice Group.
Prior to joining Edwards & Angell, he was a partner in Gaston & Snow and
Csaplar & Bok, both of Boston. Bob also practiced for six months with the London law firm of Paisner & Co. (now
Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP).
